Sharing Christmas Traditions: Everyday Frydate’s Holiday Season Special

With our growing family, celebrating the most anticipated season of the year meant certainly a gathering filled with extraordinary fun. 2018 was a year full of blessings, thus, we are capping off the year by sharing Christmas Traditions.

For years, it has been stick and stones. The path toward success is not easy. It is indeed God’s grace which allowed us to continually share our passion in what we do.

This experience allows us to share our testimonies on how we were able to go through the ups and downs of running a business. It is all about Jesus. Yes, “He is the reason for the season!” During our fellowship, everyone got to share their answered prayers and the blessings they have received in 2018.

Testimonies on paths crossing together, building friendships, relationship restoration are just some of the stories shared. Our means of praising God for all the wondrous things He has done!

As the bible states, “Praise the Lord! I thank the Lord with all my heart in the assembly of his good people. The Lord does wonderful things, more than anyone could ask for.” (Psalm 111:1-2, ERV)

That was just our icebreaker. The party officially started when the venue became our playground. Everyone had a blast with the games and the most-awaited team performance.

The highlight of the day, “Everday Frydate Got Talent,” wherein everyone showcased their talents through a group performance. It was a competition among the branches: Team PLMUN, Team CSA, and Team MCL. The winner gets to bring home a special prize.

Of course, Christmas  traditions will not be complete without the holiday staple, “kris kringle.” Memorable gifts filled the place as we played secret Santa.

We seem to be old enough but this celebration allowed us to feel like children again brimming with excitement. Simple gathering, gift-giving, and thanking God for all the blessings aren’t old-fashioned but rather the true meaning of Christmas. This is our Christmas tradition, the Everyday Frydate way.

More than the extravagance of the festive season, it is utmost importance to be reminded that this is the day when Jesus was born. This is the real reason why we celebrate Christmas; a reason which should be passed on from generation to generation.

Extending our warmest regards to all who’ve been part of our 2018. We look forward to seeing the upcoming year with new opportunities and possibilities. Happy Holidays from the Home of Chicken and Potatoes!
